{"id":1853,"date":"2018-09-09T18:41:44","date_gmt":"2018-09-09T16:41:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/progea4d.pl\/ochrona-siedlisk-kserotermicznych\/"},"modified":"2019-06-03T19:12:53","modified_gmt":"2019-06-03T17:12:53","slug":"protection-of-xerothermic-habitats","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/progea4d.pl\/en\/protection-of-xerothermic-habitats\/","title":{"rendered":"Protection of xerothermic habitats"},"content":{"rendered":"<section class=\"l-section wpb_row realizacja-content height_large\"><div class=\"l-section-h i-cf\"><div class=\"g-cols vc_row via_flex valign_top type_default stacking_default\"><div class=\"vc_col-sm-12 wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>As part of the project \u201cProtection of xerothermic habitats in Natura 2000 areas on the Miech\u00f3w Upland\u201d implemented by the Regional Directorate for Environmental Protection in Krakow, our company performs nature studies for four areas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Natura 2000 Cybowa G\u00f3ra PLH120049 (area 18,15 ha)<\/li>\n<li>Natura 2000 Giebu\u0142t\u00f3w PLH120051 (area 6,38 ha)<\/li>\n<li>Natura 2000 Grzyma\u0142\u00f3w PLH120053 (area 15,23 ha)<\/li>\n<li>Natura 2000 Kalina Ma\u0142a PLH120054 (area 25,64 ha)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Subject of protection in the areas is priority natural habitat \u2013 <em>Festuco-Brometea<\/em> xerothermic grasslands and the accompanying bushes of juniper. In addition in Grzyma\u0142\u00f3w there is a rare species of orchid \u2013 <em>Cypripedium calceolus<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>In 2014, the work covered a partial inventory of vascular plants and natural habitats.<br \/>\nA program of the most urgent safeguard measures for 2014-1017 was proposed, which included the removal of moths, mowing and grazing of sheep and goats. These tasks are aimed at detaining the process of natural plant succession, which is one of the biggest threats to xerothermic grasslands.<\/p>\n<p>In 2015, the first consultation meeting was held on the preparation of documentation for the Natura 2000 Environmental Protection Plan (PZO).<\/p>\n<p>Documentation work is ongoing and will also cover 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Field inventory and monitoring of valuable species of plants and natural habitats are under way. From 2016 on the area of xerothermic grasslands Regional Directorate of Environmental Protection from Krakow also runs sheep and goat grazing. The areas qualified for this procedure were indicated by us last year.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-grid us_grid type_grid layout_gallery_default cols_4 preload_style_spinner\" id=\"us_grid_1\"
