The developed point cloud allowed for the preparation of the building model in BIM technology. For selected floors (1, 3 and 4), a full LOD300 level model was created (according to LOD Spec 2016 BIM Forum). For the remaining floors, due to the lack of access to all rooms, the study was limited to the external model.<\/p>\n<p>The area of development of the full IFC model is 1,860 m<sup>2<\/sup>, while the cubature was 6,150 m<sup>3<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-grid us_grid type_grid layout_gallery_default cols_5 preload_style_spinner\" id=\"us_grid_1\" style=\"--columns:5;--gap:4px;\"
