The aim of this project was inventory of underground garage with installations located inside. To acquire geometric information aout an object, the terrestrial laser scanning (TLS) was used without RGB. In further steps the 3D modelling was done in BIM technology at the detail level LOD300 (according to LOD Spec 2016 BIM Forum).
The area of the IFC model is over 1,200 m2 , while the cubature was over 3,100 m3.
