The main goal of the project was to make an inventory of the object under construction and develop a 3D model (IFC). The terrestrial laser scanning (TLS) of a whole object was performed with the acquisition of colour information (RGB). Obtained point cloud allowed to prepare a model of the building in the BIM technology. Additionally, the real topography around the building was modelled.
The area of the IFC model development for the building is approx. 230 m2, while the cubature was over 700 m3.
